Earn €300 Referral Bonus

At Triskel Consulting, we highly value your network and connections. Our Refer-A-Friend policy rewards your efforts in helping us discover exceptional talent. Refer candidates to us, and upon their successful placement, receive a generous referral bonus of €300.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must be a new addition to our database or must not have been contacted by Triskel Consulting within the past 12 months.

  2. Submission Process: Submit your referrals via email to hola@triskelconsulting.net with the subject line "Referral - [Candidate's Name]." Ensure the email includes the updated CV of the referred candidate attached as a document as well as your phone number.

  3. Candidate Criteria: Referred candidates should meet the specific job requirements for positions within IT/Tech, Fintech, Pharma/Life Sciences, or iGaming industries.

  4. Bonus Payment: The referral bonus of €300 will be paid valongside the payroll of the following month once the referred candidate successfully completes the guarantee period, which typically ranges between 3 to 6 months post-placement. The payment will be done via bank transfer.

  5. Referral Limitations: There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit. However, the referral bonus is applicable only for successful placements of referred candidates.

  6. Employee Eligibility: This referral program is open to all Triskel Consulting employees, excluding those in HR or recruitment roles.

  7. Decision Authority: Triskel Consulting holds the sole discretion to determine a successful referral and reserves the right to amend or terminate the referral program at any time.
