Triskel Global Solutions, S.L., in application of current legislation on personal data protection, informs that the personal data collected through the website forms available at https://www.triskelconsulting.net are included in specific automated files of users of the services provided by Triskel Global Solutions, S.L.

The collection and automated processing of personal data are intended for maintaining the commercial relationship, performing informational, training, advisory tasks, and other activities inherent to Triskel Global Solutions, S.L.

The user is strictly prohibited from accessing, modifying, or viewing the configuration or files of the servers owned by Triskel Global Solutions, S.L., and assumes full civil and criminal responsibility for any damage caused by negligent or malicious actions.

Intellectual Property of Hosted Content

The use of the services provided by Triskel Global Solutions, S.L. contrary to intellectual property law is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Use that violates Spanish law or infringes third-party rights.

The user is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online services, e-commerce, copyright, public order, and general principles of Internet use.

The user will indemnify Triskel Global Solutions, S.L. for any expenses, legal fees, and damages resulting from claims or legal actions caused by the user’s actions, even if the judicial decision is not final.

Information Protection

Triskel Global Solutions, S.L. makes backup copies of hosted content; however, she is not responsible for accidental loss or deletion of data by users. Nor does she guarantee full restoration of deleted data, as they may have been altered or removed since the last backup.

Backup restoration is included in the service price only when data loss is attributable to Triskel Global Solutions, S.L.

Commercial Communications

In accordance with the Spanish Law on Information Society Services (LSSI), Triskel Global Solutions, S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other electronic means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by recipients.
