Head of VIP

We are looking for an energetic and industry experienced Head of VIP, who will be responsible for maintaining and growing player relationships striving to increase player growth and retention. A strong leader who has a logical and methodical approach to problem solving. This person will have a strategic mindset both in people management and market performance, working to create the perfect environment for the highest level of VIP player management. The person who fills this role will need to have strong analytical skills and have worked on multiple markets and licenses. Leading a big team impersonal skills and team management is essential.
Responsibilities:
Manage a large team of experienced VIP managers in multiple locations
Experienced in reading data and monitoring market trends
Implement multi market/brand player growth and retention strategies
Experienced in responsible gaming best practices
Control the day to day activities and goals of the VIP team
Monitor the quality of the VIP service
Oversee the productivity of the VIP team
Meet and exceed the VIP financial targets
Communicate and liaise with other departments
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in a Team Leader or Head of VIP role in the iGaming industry
Data-driven decision-making ability with an analytical approach
Setting and delivering KPIs for the VIP department
VIP management experience is a must
Proven experience of building and managing relationships
Excellent communication skills in English plus any other european language
Negotiation skills
