Head of Casino

The Head of Casino is responsible for overseeing all casino operations across a portfolio of three licenses and over 20+ brands, owning the casino P&L and ensuring the highest standards of player experience, game performance, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the gaming industry, responsible for shaping the casino's vision and driving its growth. You will manage a small team of specialists, driving innovation and ensuring revenue and engagement targets are met across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive casino strategy across multiple licenses and brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives always working towards achieving the company goals.

  • Key stakeholder on defining the Casino Strategy with a proactive approach on ways to increase and optimise performance.

  • Own the casino PnL and responsible for all commercial agreements and their commercial cost.

  • Owning KPI’s: Casino NGR, Casino Actives, Casino Depositors, ARPU, ATPU, Margin, Provider Cost to NGR

  • Co-Owning KPI’s: Retention, Bonus Cost to NGR

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining reporting and alerts for all KPIs, both top level and a player level.

  • Key Stakeholder for the casino product, ensuing it is always working without fault across all markets. Staying ahead of the competition and keeping the product relevant and exciting.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring they meet performance targets and objectives, whilst fostering a positive team culture.

  • Ensure that all casino operations comply with the relevant licensing, legal, and regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions. Work with legal and compliance teams to maintain adherence to gambling regulations.

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, CRM, and Customer Support to ensure that casino products align with customer needs and deliver strong performance. Ensuing owned and co-owned KPI targets are achieved through collaborative efforts and processes.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years experience in the online casino industry, capable of developing and executing successful strategies across multiple licenses and brands.

  • 2-3 years in a managerial position within Casino operations

  • Able to define and implement comprehensive casino strategies that align with business objectives, always seeking ways to increase and optimize performance.

  • Experienced in owning the casino P&L, managing commercial agreements, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.

  • Proficient in managing key performance indicators such as Casino NGR, Actives, Depositors, ARPU, ATPU, Margin, and Provider Cost to NGR, with the ability to create and maintain detailed reporting and alerts at both top-level and player-level.

  • Skilled in data analysis to monitor KPIs, interpret trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
