Greek speaking CS Agent - iGaming
Sofia, Bulgaria - Full time 24x7

We are looking for Customer Support Agents with Greek & English who will contact and support the best customers in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support in Greek by phone, email and Live chats;

  • Processing with high attention to details and content;

  • Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;

  • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;

  • Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a support agent online, ideally within the iGaming/Gambling industry

  • Proficiency in English and Greek, both written and spoken;

  • Proactive person with good support/sales skills;

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Availability to work in office and on shifts covering Monday to Sunday 24x7

  • Shifts:

    • Day shift 9,00am to 18,00pm and 14,00pm to 23,pm rotating each week – working 5 days, 2 days off on a wish based schedule 1 month in advance

    • Late shift 17,00pm to 2am – working 5 days, 2 days off on a wish based schedule 1 month in advance

    • Night shift 23,00pm to 9am – 3 days work, 3 days off
