French Inbound Client Advisor

As an Outbound Customer Advisor you work for the largest sustainable energy company in Europe. Your job is to provide people with the service they deserve.
Responsibilities:
You will answer calls from potential customers that showed interest in the service as well as other and explain the benefits of becoming a customer and how they can conclude a contract.
You support them by answering their questions and making the best proposal with your commercial thinking, comparing prices from competitors.
You provide new customers with good advice and inform them about the products, services and benefits.
Your goal is to transform a potential customer into a satisfied new customer through excellent service.
Admin tasks related to finalizing contract details
Requirements:
Secondary Education or above
Experience in a similar commercial position would be ideal
Outgoing and friendly personality, determined during conversations to close deals
Communicate in French at bilingual or native level and can express yourself well in English both written and spoken
Self driven and goal oriented
You are a go-getter who enjoys working in a dynamic working environment
Able to listen and be empathetic to understand customers’ needs
Good working knowledge of computers, knowledge of Salesforce would be an asset
