French speaking CS Agent

Our client, a fast growing company operating in the digital marketing sector for the iGaming industry is seeking to recruit a French Speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team in Malta or Cyprus.

Responsibilities

  • Helping internal and external customers,

  • Contacting other departments when there is an issue to be solved,

  • Keeping customer request queues as low as possible,

  • Customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations),

  • Handling customer request queues assigned accordingly to workload,

  • Having a high knowledge of products offered by the company,

  • Attending team meetings and activities,

  • Taking over in the absence of the team leader.

Requirements

  • Graduation of high school or post-secondary school

  • 1+ years of experience in CS or similar position with online exposure

  • Skills - strong communication skills; knowledge of Internet related software

  • Bilingual or native level of French, both written and spoken

  • Good level of English
