Our client is a dynamic digital agency seeking to expand their marketing team with a CRM Manager.
Responsibilities
Driving strategy, execution, and data-driven activations.
Staying up-to-date with CRM trends, hot topics, and media, particularly in football and gaming.
Update and manage web and mobile platforms, ensuring accurate translations, engaging content, and relevant updates.
Planning, executing, and reporting on quarterly and monthly marketing campaigns for our product verticals (Sport & Casino).
Creating compelling copywriting from scratch or adapt existing editorial concepts together with the content team.
Developing, scheduling, and implementing CRM campaigns using Email, SMS, and Tele-Marketing tools.
Analyzing campaign performance to refine strategies and improve engagement and activity.
Conceptualizing and deliver effective internal and external marketing promotions, ensuring seamless execution.
Collaborating with copywriters, designers, customer support, and marketing managers to align campaigns with brand objectives.
Maintaining the Social Media strategy together with the Social Media team to grow and engage our audience.
Analyzing data from Email, SMS, and Tele-Marketing campaigns to optimize future activations.
Contributing ideas and recommendations to improve engagement and retention strategies.
Fostering constructive working relationships with team members across departments.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing or similar preferred and/or 1+ years experience CRM / Marketing
The ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture and innovative marketing team, but also able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of core processes and principles.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Fluent in written/ spoken English
Basic HTML knowledge will be considered a plus
