We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy CRM Manager who thrives at the intersection of data, automation, and customer experience. We're looking for a data-driven CRM Manager (Social) to join our growing Customer Engagement team. This role is all about bridging the gap between social traffic and CRM, ensuring we capitalize on every opportunity from our social partnerships, paid social campaigns, and influencer activations. You'll work closely with our acquisition teams to design, execute, and optimize lifecycle journeys and offer strategies tailored for this unique traffic source.
Responsibilities
Own and develop the CRM strategy specifically for social traffic, including players from paid social, influencer campaigns, and social media partners
Collaborate with acquisition and affiliate teams to understand source quality and player profiles
Design tailored onboarding, retention, and reactivation journeys specifically for social cohorts
Build segmentation logic and campaign automation that reflect social-specific behaviours
Analyze performance and conversion rates across channels, report insights and optimize accordingly
Test and iterate on creative angles, offers, and messages that best convert social players
Liaise with social partners for coordinated campaigns and ensure CRM alignment with promotions
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements across markets
Considered a plus: proven experience in creating and pushing in-app pop-up campaigns and other engagement tools specifically targeting social traffic
Requirements
+3 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in iGaming, eCommerce, or app-based businesses
Strong understanding of social traffic behaviour and the affiliate/social media landscape
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Fast Track, Optimove, Braze, Salesforce, etc.)
Comfortable with data, able to extract insights, run A/B tests, and optimise based on performance
Creative and commercial mindset, able to develop unique angles tailored to non-traditional traffic
Excellent project management and communication skills
Bonus: experience working with influencers, social affiliates, or community-driven traffic
