CRM Creative Lead

Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. They are now growing their CRM department and seeking to hire a CRM Creative Lead.
We are looking for a CRM Creative Lead to own and elevate the quality of all creative output across CRM channels. This role is the gatekeeper of creative standards, ensuring every email, push notification, and in-app message is visually compelling, brand-aligned, and designed for maximum engagement. Youll work closely with the Head of CRM Content and the creative teams, driving innovation and ensuring that the campaigns stand out in a crowded digital landscape.
Responsibilities
Ensure creative excellence across all CRM channels, reviewing and approving templates and assets before execution.
Drive innovation in email and other CRM channels design, ensuring we stay at the forefront of best practices and trends.
Collaborate with the Head of CRM Content and design teams to refine messaging and visual execution.
Optimize CRM templates and creative assets for high engagement and conversion.
Establish and maintain creative guidelines for CRM, ensuring consistency and quality.
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine creative strategies based on engagement data.
Act as a bridge between CRM and creative teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
Requirements
2+ years experience in a similar role within the iGaming sector is required
A strong creative eye, with experience in email design, UX, or digital marketing.
Knowledge of email best practices, mobile-first design, and CRM content trends.
Ability to balance creativity with data, optimizing assets for performance.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-output environments, ensuring quality without delays.
Strong collaboration skills to align marketing, design, and CRM execution teams.
