Our client is a dynamic digital agency seeking to expand their marketing team with a Creative Strategist.

Overview

Were looking for a visionary Creative Strategist to lead our clients transition toward a social-first, AI-powered acquisition strategy. This is a pivotal role that replaces the traditional Head of Acquisition and reimagines growth through the lens of content, virality, and cultural relevance.

You will oversee the entire social media strategy, working cross-functionally to align creative direction with acquisition goals, corporate objectives, and channel efficiencies. From influencer-led UGC to meme marketing, youll architect a system of scalable, culturally embedded content designed to drive CPAs down and brand engagement up.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the end-to-end social media acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with broader growth goals, brand vision, and financial KPIs (CPA, ROI, LTV).

  • Ensure all content initiatives (e.g., The Big Score podcast, content creator army, UGC competitions) align with cost-efficient acquisition, leveraging data to guide creative decisions.

  • Build frameworks for content promotion on TikTok, Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube Shortsoptimizing for platform-native content formats, cultural virality, and shareability.

  • Integrate AI-generated influencers, dynamic content testing, and automated video editing workflows to scale content creation and reduce production bottlenecks.

  • Collaborate with tech/product teams on AI-powered landing pages, play-for-fun conversion flows, and interactive ad formats to optimize user journey from impression to deposit.

  • Monitor and report on the CPA and ROI impact of social-first campaigns, providing recommendations to iterate and scale winning formulas.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration with Head of Acquisition, Heads of Brands, Paid Performance Team (PPC, Paid Social)

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).

  • Proven experience in creative strategy, content-led growth, and social-first acquisition in gaming, betting, lifestyle, or entertainment.

  • Deep understanding of platform-native creative (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Telegram, WhatsApp).

  • Experience working with UGC campaigns, influencer networks, or creator economy models.

  • Strong grasp of AI/automation tools for content generation, distribution, and personalization.

  • Data-driven mindset ability to translate creative ideas into measurable outcomes.

  • Background in performance marketing, DTC growth, or grey market campaigns.
