German or Dutch speaking Account Managers

Remote in Greece or Hybrid Bulgaria

Our client a well established customer service provider is seeking to build a new team for a brand new project to be based at their offices in Bulgaria or fully remote from Greece.

Responsibilities:

  • The agent takes of the entire P2P (Procure to pay) process related to the purchases assigned to him/her for various customers.

  • The purchase requests from customers come in via the internal platform (not via calls).

  • Interpreting the briefing of the client (specifications of the request)

  • Requesting quotations, negotiable on quality, price, quantity, payments terms, delivery time and packaging.

  • Placing the orders once all is agreed.

  • Providing effective guidance to the customers

  • Following up on the orders and ensuring correct and timely delivery

  • Looking for suitable solutions in case of problems (after sales care)

  • Administration and processing of the orders in the system.

  • Taking care of invoicing.

  • Ensuring an excellent relationship with the suppliers

  • Ensuring first call resolution in the communication with the client

Requirements:

  • Secondary Education or above

  • Experience in a similar customer service position

  • Outgoing and friendly personality, determined during conversations to close deals

  • Communicate in German or Dutch speaker at native level and can express yourself well in English both written and spoken

  • Self driven, goal oriented and good at time management.

  • The project requires a lot of focus on detail as well as analytical skills good decision-making and independent thinking

  • Familiar with purchasing duties would be a plus

  • Experience working with the software Monday would be an asset

  • Very good computer skills, particularly good at Office package
